Eligibility: The PenCraft Challenge is open to writers of all ages.
Submission Guidelines: All entries must be submitted electronically through the official submission form on the Biblio Publishers website. Multiple entries are permitted.
Originality: Entries must be original and previously unpublished. Plagiarized or infringing works will be disqualified.
Rights: All the rights remain with the author. By submitting an entry, participants grant Biblio Publishers the rights to critique, review and award their manuscripts. Additionally, the publication of unpublished manuscripts is also an option if the original author wishes to have their manuscript published through Biblio Publishers.
Disqualification: Entries that do not adhere to the competition guidelines or contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
Judges’ Decision: All decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding.
Prize Acceptance: Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
Liability: Biblio Publishers and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any technical malfunctions that may occur during the submission process.
Modification: Biblio Publishers reserves the right to modify or cancel the PenCraft Challenge at any time, for any reason.
